Returns & Refunds

  • Leather Jackets – No Returns & No Refunds.
  • Bags & Leather Accessories – Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Upon approval:
    • Full Refund – if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • 75% Refund – if the product is returned with minor usage or packaging issues.

Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

Replacement & Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day replacement and exchange policy.
  • Customers can request a replacement or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the replacement or exchange is accepted, the new product will be delivered within 5 business days after approval.
  • Replacement/exchange is subject to product availability and inspection of the returned item.

  • We ship orders across India and to selected international destinations.
  • Order Processing Time: 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery Timeframe (India): 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery Timeframe (International): 10–15 business days after dispatch (may vary depending on customs and location).
  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theprastara.com with clear images of the issue.
  • Eligible cases may be resolved through replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
